1919 UNITED RY & ELEC CO BALTIMORE Train Streetcar Trolley Bus Transit Token 1-LThis is a rare and unique 1919 transit token from United Railway & Electric Company based in Baltimore, Maryland. The token has a special mark where 1 is slightly left of center of U, which only around 25% of tokens struck this way. Measuring 16.4mm and made of white metal, this token was in circulation from 1919 onwards and has a token ID number of AC#MD 60 AM; TC#235984. It is a great addition to any token collection, especially for those interested in transit and transportation history.
