This is a really crisp brochure and map for rental of cabins that used to be called Cooper’s Cabins. The most interesting thing on it is that they emphasize on it “we do NOT have phones!” The rates are phenominal.And, the back is a very early map of the entire Aspen area before . . . everything. This was not fully folded in the paper collection of Arthur H. Schoondermark, a Colorado Dental Surgeon, Rockhound, and Historian. He kept all the best stuff as he traveled the Western US digging in the dumps of ghost towns trying to find bottles – he had an excellent collection. This one deserves to be framed and on a wall somewhere – but you decide what to do with it. We will keep it for the right person who truly values it, and ship it safe to it can be preserved into the future. Total keeper.
