This is a photocopy made by someone that shows the signatures of many world leaders including the Emperor of Japan, Douglas MacArthur, and leaders of China, UK, USSR, Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, and Netherlands. It’s not even really that good of a photocopy of the signatures, as though someone had the original, slapped it on an early Xerox, and said, yeah, sure, I’ll just make some copies and pass them around.Seriously, no idea how this came into existence. But, please take it for what it is. Super Cool.
